We are pleased to announce our new module “Budget Management” on Talentera. This module takes all of the guess work out of salary allocation for new hires as it allows the employers to load their yearly HR budget onto the system and then track the consumption of that budget as hiring actions are taken by the recruiter on the system.
HR Managers will be able to specify both the headcount and budget cost assigned to each division/sub-division in their company and recruiters will be able to start tying jobs and requisitions with those divisions (which will ultimately affect budget management/tracking).
Hiring Budget Management
Users with adequate permission will see a new link in the admin panel to access Budget Management to define new budgets or track the performance of current active one. Users will have the ability to start adding Job Profiles to each division in order to calculate the budgeted cost for that division. Each job profile should define number of current existing headcount and the future expected hiring.
Track Budget Performance
“Track Performance” action is used to track the progress of the current budget based on monthly status, this table has all the information of that budget in the selected month; start Headcount, Targeted Headcount, New Hires, Offered, Terminated/Resigned, End Headcount and the Difference between targeted and end headcount.
The user can easily navigate between months, search for a specific job profiles, update the Terminated/Resigned column and export this data to CSV file.
This section will show how much of each headcount budget job profiles has been consumed from year to date as a percentage with a color status to indicate if this job profile is exceeding the budget. The admin will be able to export the entire Budget consumption table (percentages) in the form of an Excel sheet by clicking on the Export button.
This section shows all the candidates that have been hired this year against their respective divisions. On the table header there is a search bar allowing the admin to search by candidate name, job title, month of hiring, job profile and division.
